As an active member of SCMBA we are also an active member of NAMB, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. With dual membership also come the responsibility of adhering not only to SCMBA Bylaws and Best Lending Practices but also the National Bylaws and Best Lending Practices.
NAMB has been diligently at work on the LENDING INTEGRITY SEAL program to honor our Brokers and Loan Originators who adhere to the highest of standards and ethics. As part of the requirements to earn this seal, a Broker or Loan Originator must pledge to uphold the standards set forth by SCMBA and NAMB.
